Subscriptions

GaugeMaster Pro is a subscription service app, with different subscription lengths to accommodate for any user’s needs. As it is common on these type of services, the longer the subscription period, the greater the savings.

Cancelling a subscription can be done at any time, as well as starting a new subscription, without any kind of penalties. It is encouraged to start and stop your subscriptions based on your required usage of the app.

You can try the GaugeMaster Pro app for free, without a subscription, but some buttons may be disabled or some operations unavailable. Once any subscription is purchased the app will activate all operations. Here is a list of some of the functionality that is only available under a subscription:

• Saving gauges
• Exporting gauges
• Printing gauges
• Adding Gauge Wizards layers to the canvas for editing

Free Trial

As you may have read on the Introduction page, GaugeMaster Pro is free to try.

You don’t even need to create a login account to try the app.

Once you have tested the app and you are happy to buy a subscription, you will then need to create a login account and purchase a subscription to enable all the apps features.

If you already have a design on the Canvas and would like to save it, print it, or export it, you can create an account and buy a subscription without losing your current gauge design.

Login & Subscriptions

Press the User button to display the Account & Subscription menu.

This will allow you to Sign Up or Sign in with a user account, as well as buy a subscription to enable the full functionality of the app. Creating an account is the first step before buying a subscription, to have a secure way to identify you as a returning user. Once a user account has been created you will be able to access the subscription purchase options.

If you click on Buy Subscription wihtout being logged in, the app will display the Sing Up/Sign In popup up window, so you can complete that process before proceeding to buy a subscription.

Login and subscription email

Make sure to use the same email for your login account as for your subscription purchases, otherwise your license may not activate correctly. If you have any issues with any subscription purchases please do not hesitate to contact support.

Once you are logged in and have an active purchased subscription, the User button will change it’s color to green to let you know you have all the app’s functionality available.

No active subscription?

If you have purchased a subscription, but the User icon is not green, use the option Check Subscription to restore it. If this doesn’t restore your subscription please contact us at support to make sure you can continue working with the app and save your work.

Cancelling a Subscription

Subscriptions will auto-renew by default unless cancelled. If you wish to cancel your subscription at any time use the Manage subscription option on the Account & Subscription menu, and follow the instructions there.
